My standard birth doula package (see below) is available in-person, virtually, or as a mix of the two. I also offer packages that are customized to fit the needs of you and your family - be it a prenatal consultation, birth only support, or a post-natal debrief of your birth. In-Person
Birth Preparation and Birth Support
At the present time, I am supporting a reduced number of families for in-person birth preparation and labour and birth. Please get in touch to discuss availability.
Virtual
Virtual Birth Preparation and Virtual Labour/Birth Support
I offer full support before, during, and after the birth of your baby via voice, text, and video. I'm there to work with you and your birth partner to ensure you feel fully prepared for and supported during your birth.

1 initial no-obligation consultation
2 birth preparation visits
on-call from 38 weeks until birth
continuous support through labour and immediately postnatal
1 postnatal visit to catch up, discuss your birth experience, help with feeding, signpost to support, and answer any questions you may have
unlimited phone, text, and email up to 4 weeks following the birth of your baby
